Email payroll (payroll@teamkids.com) and CC the DOS/service.
Let them know:
- Your employee number (or the name shown on your payslip)
- Date of Unpaid Shift
- Start time
- Finish time
- Meal Break time (eg: 30 minutes at 1pm)
- Service you worked at
- Reason why you didn't clock in or out
Payroll will check that you were rostered for that shift, and if the service has not advised otherwise, then payroll will organise for that shift to be paid to you, when they are running their next payroll.
We will pay you as soon as we can, but it is rarely instant, so please make sure you are always checking your shifts and adding comments to your timesheet if you have a clock in or clock out issue. We manually scan these comments to override the system where required. Eg: Forgot to clock out. Worked ## am to ## am, no break. 2hrs
