My admin hours haven't been paid

Fortnightly Staff

If you are paid fortnightly (full time or part time) and your contract requires you to do in service + administration work, you need to add this to your timesheets.

eg; if you are required to do 30mins each day, then after you have finished your in service shift, extend the end of your morning shifts or the start of your afternoon shift, by 30mins and add a comment.  Added 30mins for contracted admin time.

You cannot use your admin time to do one long day (more than 8hrs) which pushes you into overtime.  You need to spread your admin time out over the week.

If you missed your admin time, then please login to Employment Hero and add a timesheet for the missed hours only.  Please add a comment so that your manager knows why you are claiming extra hours.  Eg: Admin time missed - forgot to add it to my Ento timesheets last week.

Once approved, this timesheet will flow through to the payroll team in your next fortnightly pay.

If you need that paid earlier, then please email the payroll team and ask them to add it to their next payrun - if they are running an extra one, (payroll@teamkids.com) and CC your manager.  Please always include your employee number or the name used on your payslip.

Monthly Staff

If you are paid monthly (salary) and your contract requires you to do in service + administration work, you should be paid for this automatically.  If you have not been paid your contracted hours, then please email the payroll team (payroll@teamkids.com) and CC your manager.  We will investigate why these hours were missed and get back to you.

If a backpay is required, then we will add it to our next payrun for you.  There is usually an extra payrun processed each week for urgent issues.
