Staffing & Rostering (3)
The primary objective of the Staffing Services team to ensure every TeamKids services runs at a safe and legal Child to Educator ratio. This is done by placing available educators into work, and also relocating educators from services where they are not required for ratio, to those that do.
People & Culture (1)
The People & Culture (P&C) Team are responsible for managing the full employee life cycle within TeamKids. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and retention, performance management, conflict resolution, salaries and benefits, workplace safety, diversity and inclusion initiatives, organisational culture, policy development, and management, employee records compliance, and managing employee relations.
