I’m having problems being able to access the area to upload the certificates through the app. When I sign into swag there is no certificate tab for me to hand in the documents needed.

Please log-in to your Employment Hero account using a web browser and upload the documents/certificates required. You may also send it to hr@teamkids.com.au and we’ll be happy to upload it for you.
