Why can't I log into ENTO as a new educator?

Access to ENTO is the final step in the onboarding process.

Before this, you’ll need to complete all onboarding requirements, including Litmus training, compliance documents, and reference checks. Once these are complete, it can take approximately 24–48 hours for your details to upload into our system.

When your onboarding is fully processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your ENTO profile is active. You’ll also receive a text message from Staffing letting you know that your first two weeks of shifts have been rostered.
