How do I complete my availability / unavailability?

It is really important to keep your unavailability up-to-date so you’re not rostered on for shifts you can’t do, or get unnecessary fill in notifications.


You can submit unavailability using the Ento Employee App. Simply log in and go to Unavailability.

There are multiple options for submitting unavailability:

  • All day (once off or on-going), e.g. I can’t work this Friday (all day), or every Friday (all day)
  • A few hours (once off or on-going), e.g. I can’t work from 7-10am on Tuesday morning (once off), or every Tuesday morning from 7-10am (on-going).
  • Multiple days (once off or on-going), e.g. I cant work Monday to Wednesday this week (once off), or Monday to Wednesday every week (on-going).


If you need to update your availability simply delete what you have already created and submit a new unavailability request.
