When do I get paid?

Your pay cycle will depend on your role.

Monthly (salary) = 15th
If you are a Director of Service or work in Head Office, your pay cycle is monthly and you'll be paid on the 15th of each month for that calendar month.  If the 15th falls on a weekend, then your pay will be processed earlier.

Full Time or Part Time = Every 2nd Wednesday

If you hold any other permanent position (e.g. 2IC or Permanent Educator) you'll be paid fortnightly on a Wednesday.

Casual = Every 2nd Thursday

If you hold a casual position, you'll be paid fortnightly on a Thursday.

We usually release pays later in the afternoon on payday.  Your first pay might take two days to be received, but every other pay should be received either instantly or within 24 hours.
