I've been rostered on at a service too far from my location, what do I do?

Contact the DOS/ Service using our Venue Directory https://www.teamkids.com.au/venues/and let them know you cannot attend.


You can also drop the shift using the Ento Employee App if the shift is within the acceptable timeframes to do so in accordance with the Roster Alteration policy. 


You can also pick up additional shifts closer to you using the fill-in feature of the Ento Employee App.
