Why was my shift drop denied?

If you are a Director of Service (DOS), 2IC, or Responsible Person (RP), and your shift drop request has been denied, please note that the Staffing Team is not your point of contact for shift drops. If you are in these roles you are unable to drop shifts on ENTO. We kindly ask that you reach out to your Regional Manager or DOS (if you are a 2IC) to have the shift drop actioned.



If you are an educator and your shift drop has been denied, this is because you have tried to drop a shift within the next 24 hours. Our roster policy states that shifts cannot be dropped via the shift drop feature on the Ento app within 24 hours of the shifts start time.

 

If you do still need to cancel this shift, please call Staffing on: 03 8533 9996


If we don't hear from you today and your shift isn't cancelled, you will be required to attend the shift as rostered.
