You must contact your regional manager to be able to increase a cap. You may have staff, however other factors also need to be considered, e.g.:

• We might need that educator at another nearby service for ratio
• The licence capacity of the program
• If its an excursion day over the holidays, the bus capacity and the lowered ratio for excursion.
