Can I remove a new educator from the roster?

Yes, a new educator can be removed from a shift, but only after you have arranged another suitable shift for them. 

You’ll need to contact the educator first and confirm they’re happy to move to the new shift you found for them. 

Once this has been agreed, you can email staffing@teamkids.com.au with the details. The Staffing Team will then review and update the roster where required. 

This process is important to make sure new educators still receive consistent shifts and the support they need while they are onboarding.
