How do I get reimbursed for my first aid training?

If you're a Director of Service, a 2IC, or an educator who works as the Responsible Person during Before and After Care or Vacation Care, you may be eligible to claim reimbursement for your First Aid qualification.

To claim your reimbursement, you'll need to use the SAP Concur system.

If you don't already have a SAP Concur account, email sapconcur@teamkids.com.au and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address linked to your Employment Hero account.
• The name of your service or school.

You'll receive an email once your account has been created.

After your account is set up:

• Log in to SAP Concur.
• Select Start Claim.
• Follow the prompts and complete the required fields.
• Use your full name as the claim name.
• When adding your expense, select Training as the expense type.
• Upload a copy of your First Aid receipt before submitting your claim.

Once your claim has been approved, your reimbursement is usually processed within 7 days.
