First Aid reimbursement

Reimbursement for First Aid qualifications can be requested by DOS, 2ICs and Educators who work as a Responsible Person (Director or Coordinator) either during B&A or over the holidays. 

Reimbursement of funds can be claimed using our reimbursement system SAP Concur. 

To create a SAP Concur account email sapconcur@teamkids.com.au and include the below details:

1. Complete Name (First Name and Last Name)
2. Email Address (personal email address or email used in your Employment Hero profile)
3. Service (School) Assignment

You shall receive an email notification once we have created your account.

After your account has been created submit a reimbursement claim by logging into SAP Concur:

1. Click "Start Claim" and follow the prompts. Only the * sections need to be completed.
2. Claim name should include your full name.
3. Once claim is created, you can add expenses by click Add Expense and follow the prompts. 
4. Please ensure you select Training as the expense type for First Aid Training.

You will be required to complete all * sections and upload a photo of your receipt. 

If all is approved, you will receive your reimburement within 7 days.
