Manager's request to pay extra hours for a group - team meeting or training

If your team has attended a meeting or training session, you will need to email us the following information:


  1. Date of meeting
  2. Hours meeting was held for
  3. Service to be charged for the hours
  4. List FULL name of employees and their employment type 
    1. Eg:  "Lil Baker" should be Lily Baker - Casual (or salary, or full time, or part time)


This helps payroll process the request as quickly and as error free as possible.  If we have to search through the payroll records to find out what pay cycle they belong to, it doubles the time it takes us to process this extra pay for you, and risks us not getting it done in time.
