Can I move to a different region or state and stay employed with TeamKids?

Yes, you can request a transfer. 


We currently operate in IC, NSW, ACT & QLD. You can find our service locations using our Venue Directory. https://www.teamkids.com.au/venues/


To update your address and preferred work locations, please follow the steps below:


1. Update Your Address in Employment Hero

Log in to your Employment Hero account.

Go to the Profile section and update your residential address.

Please ensure this step is completed first, as it is essential for processing your changes.



2. Moving to a Different State?

If you are moving within the same state, proceed to Step 3.

If you are moving to a different state, please email hr@teamkids.com.au before proceeding further.



3. Notify Staffing of Your New Address

You can notify us in one of the following ways:


Option 1:

Log in to the TeamKids Portal using the same email and password as ENTO.

Go to Help and Assistance → Staffing and Rostering → Submit a Ticket with your updated address and preferred work locations.


Option 2:

Email us directly at staffing@teamkids.com.au with your updated address and the surrounding areas you'd like to work in.
