I cant finalise my roll, it keeps telling me the time is overlapping child attendences

If you are unable to finalise your roll and an error message of ‘overlapping child attendances’ this means you have children signed in and out incorrectly. 


It usually means the BSC has been signed in as a PM instead of an AM. 


You will need to correct this on the children impacted. Once competed, you will be able to finalise the roll. A reminder that It is imperative all rolls are finalised at the end of each session.
