Parent has advised they have placed bookings, but it's not showing on the roll

If a child is not appearing on your roll, it is usually because the parent has not properly saved the booking. If a booking has been saved correctly they will receive a booking confirmation email. If they haven't received this email, unfortunately, the booking has not been placed correctly.


If you have availability, you can manually add the child to the roll. However, please note that if you have reached capacity and cannot accommodate any more children, the child will not be able to attend.
