All available fill-in shifts can only be accepted through the Fill-Ins section of your Ento app, shifts can’t be accepted directly from the message notifications.
If you’re receiving a message about a fill-in shift but nothing appears in your Fill-Ins section, this means the shift has already been picked up by another educator. During busy periods, shifts can be claimed very quickly, sometimes within seconds of being posted.
To give yourself the best chance of picking up shifts:
Check the Fill-Ins section of Ento regularly
Enable notifications on the app
Act quickly when a shift appears
Unfortunately, if the shift is no longer visible in Fill-Ins, it’s no longer available to accept.
