Why do I not have many/any shifts during VAC?

When it comes to securing shifts for Vacation Care (VAC), you’ll need to directly contact the services you’d like to work at or fill out the Staffing Availability Survey that is sent out. Please note, the service directors are responsible for creating their own VAC rosters, so it’s ideal to reach out to them first to express your interest.


Once the directors finalise their rosters, Staffing will only step in to fill any remaining gaps based on the availability survey responses. Staffing Services may not be able to always get you shifts by just using the availability survey.


We highly recommend regularly checking the Fill-Ins section on the ENTO app, as this is where any remaining or dropped shifts will appear.
