All fill-in shifts can only be accepted through the Fill-Ins section in your ENTO app. You can’t accept or reply to these shifts directly from message notifications.
If you’re seeing a message about a fill-in shift but nothing is showing in your Fill-Ins section, it usually means the shift has already been taken by another educator. These shifts can be picked up very quickly, sometimes within seconds of being posted.
To give yourself the best chance of securing shifts, check your Fill-Ins section regularly and make sure your notifications are turned on. It also helps to act quickly when a shift appears.
If the shift isn’t visible in Fill-Ins anymore, unfortunately it is no longer available.
